The 5th largest city of California, Wilmore City was renamed in 1888, Long Beach with its wide 5 ½ miles of beaches being the inspiration. Long Beach and its waters have a lot to offer both in industry and marine life, oil was discovered both underground and offshore in1921, making Long Beach the location of a large oil industry, and serves as Los Angeles Port, one of the world’s largest container ports.
With its many attractions including its beaches, Disneyland resorts and the pacific aquarium there is much to see and do. The city makes the job of site seeing very easy for tourists with it free transportation system, so everything including the central business district is simple to access.
